Auxiliary Programs

Extended Care: Before-Care and After-Care

Our extended care programs serve students from 7:15 to 8:30 a.m., and from 3:15 to 6:00 p.m. Our staff includes trained educators who offer special activities such as arts and crafts, and indoor and outdoor games. Children can also study or do homework during this time. If looking to sign up for the entire school year for Before- and/or After-Care, please contact the Business Office at Hudson Montessori School.

After-School Clubs and Activities

Students in Children’s House and Above can stay after school with their friends and participate in a variety of on- and off campus clubs and programs from 3:15 to 5:00 p.m. Clubs are taught by members of our staff as well as community members, educational institutions and local businesses. Students often discover a new passion or develop skills and talents in new areas. In addition to clubs, HMS also has coed interscholastic sports teams that compete in basketball, flag football, and ultimate frisbee for grade levels 5th – 8th.

School’s Out

Our “School’s Out”program offers all-day care on most school vacation days for students in the Young Children’s Community through Upper Elementary. Join us for outdoor fun, sports, games, arts and crafts, and fun with friends as HMS transitions into a vacation destination.

Lunch Bunch

For those students in Children’s House who leave via mid-day carline, we offer Lunch Bunch as a way to extend their time at HMS. Lunch Bunch runs from 11:30am -1:00pm and includes both lunchtime and recess supervision with their homeroom classmates and teachers.

Summer Programs

HMS is the place to be every summer with a wide variety of camps and programs for infants through 14 years. At Hudson Montessori School, summeris time for children to explore, create and discover at Hudson Montessori School. Daily programming is available from as early as 7:30am until as late as 5:30pm.
