BIOGRAPHY

Renée is a licensed and registered occupational therapist (OT), and the owner of Play Builds Skills OT. She has worked as a pediatric therapist in multiple settings including schools, sensory clinics, non-profit play groups, and through private therapy services. She is currently the preschool OT for Bedford City Schools in addition to her role at Hudson Montessori. She will be adding an after-school program at Hawken School this fall and continues to provide private therapy services in the community. Renée’s focus is on building skills through engagement in play, providing children with the “just-right-challenge” in order to develop and/or improve their abilities.

When she’s not at work, Renée can be found with her family, most likely on the sidelines of her kids’ soccer games. She also loves gardening, reading, and watching college and professional sports. Her family loves to try new restaurants and explore the national park (especially when their puppy, Pongo, can join).
