BIOGRAPHY

Wendy DeBroka’s Montessori journey began in 2000, when she first discovered Hudson Montessori School while searching for a preschool for her daughters. Drawn in by the school’s beauty and philosophy, she enrolled her children, both of whom are now proud HMS alumni.

After leaving the business world, Wendy pursued formal Montessori training at the Montessori Institute of San Diego in La Jolla, California, while also completing a master’s in education at Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Business Administration from Indiana University with a minor in Fine Arts. Before joining HMS, Wendy gained five years of teaching experience at another Montessori school.

At Hudson Montessori School, Wendy loves collaborating with the Upper Elementary teaching team, drawing energy from her students, and being part of the vibrant HMS community. Beyond the classroom, she enjoys caring for animals, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
