Biography

Jillian was first introduced to Montessori,  while studying education at The Ohio State University. She quickly felt that the philosophies of Maria Montessori better met all the needs of the child than the traditional methods being used in the majority of schools. Once she received her BS in education from The Ohio State University she observed in a variety of Montessori setting before deciding to enroll in the Montessori Institute in Denver where she received her Assistants to Infancy diploma.

Jillian loves working with toddlers! Through her years leading a toddler classroom, she has seen that when given the proper tools and environment, a young child can effortlessly develop socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. 

Jillian enjoys yoga, trying out all the local eateries, and dancing and singing with toddler daughter. She and her husband are also big football and hockey fans.
