BIOGRAPHY

Jillian was first introduced to Montessori while studying education at The Ohio State University. She quickly felt that the philosophies of Maria Montessori more fully met the needs of the whole child than the traditional methods used in the majority of schools. After earning her B.S. in Education from The Ohio State University, Jillian observed in a variety of Montessori settings before deciding to enroll at the Montessori Institute in Denver, where she earned her Assistants to Infancy diploma.

Jillian loves working with toddlers! Through her years of leading a toddler classroom, she has seen firsthand that, when provided with the proper tools and a thoughtfully prepared environment, young children can naturally and joyfully develop socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.

Outside of the classroom, Jillian enjoys cheering on all the local sports teams with her husband, and dancing and singing with her three daughters!
